Client: Love Life Academy, The Matchmaking Company
As Lead Strategist, Designer, and WordPress Developer, I led the full redesign of Love Life Academy’s website, the coaching arm of The Matchmaking Company. With certified dating coaches serving singles in nearly 50 U.S. cities, the organization needed a digital presence that reflected both its scale and its credibility in helping clients build healthy, lasting relationships.
Strategy & Approach:
The existing site suffered from low engagement, limited lead capture, and messaging that did not resonate with consumers. Our goal was to create a more compelling and client-centered experience. We refined the brand narrative, clarified pathways to coaching services, and introduced resources that directly supported client acquisition and retention.
Design Direction:
The new aesthetic emphasizes trust and tranquility. Coaching often involves navigating sensitive emotional challenges, so we designed a calm, welcoming environment where visitors could feel supported and understood. Balanced imagery, softer tones, and approachable copy helped shift the experience away from gendered branding and toward an inclusive, trustworthy identity.

Technology Implementation:
The redesign introduced a streamlined navigation system and key new features, including a blog to showcase educational content and the Blueprint to Love assessment to engage prospective clients at the very start of their journey. These elements were designed not as standalone tools but as integrated steps within the broader relationship-building process.
